Es pot fer servir per a tots els nivells perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s progressiu: com m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid corres, m\u00e9s gran \u00e9s la resist\u00e8ncia, ja que el paracaigudes far\u00e0 el seu efecte. No \u00e9s per c\u00f3rrer llargues dist\u00e0ncies, sin\u00f3 per fer esprints. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica la fan servir tots aquells atletes que necessiten c\u00f3rrer de pressa i de forma explosiva: velocistes, jugadors de rugbi, beisbol o futbol americ\u00e0.<\/p><p><strong>Proposta d&#8217;entrenament aplicant el gadget:<\/strong><br \/>1. Escalfa abans d&#8217;iniciar-te amb el paracaigudes.<br \/>2. Un cop estiguis activat, posa&#8217;t el paracaigudes.<br \/>3. Comen\u00e7a el primer esprint. Corre tan de pressa com puguis mantenint el tronc dret durant 50 metres.<br \/>4. Camina fins al punt de partida.<br \/>5. Repeteix-ho quatre vegades.<br \/>6. Incrementa la dist\u00e0ncia a 75 metres i repeteix quatre vegades m\u00e9s<br \/>7. Incrementa la dist\u00e0ncia 100 metres i repeteix quatre cops m\u00e9s<br \/>8. Si us resulta m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil, augmenta el nombre de repeticions, per\u00f2 no les dist\u00e0ncies.<br \/>9.
