Ho ha fet amb un tir (sense \u00e8xit) utilitzant un moviment que pretenia desequilibrar a la defensa per obtenir un avantatge per executar el seu llan\u00e7ament, l&#8217;he intentat desgranar a continuaci\u00f3:<\/p><p>1) El jugador rep la pilota d&#8217;esquena a cistella (a quatre metres aproximadament), en un espai que li permeti girar-se per finalitzar pel costat dret o per l&#8217;esquerra.<br \/>2) Usa el peu de pivot per girar-se ventricularment i cap al centre amb la finalitat d&#8217;encarar-se al c\u00e8rcol, ho fa sense malgastar el bot i fintant que realitzar\u00e0 un llan\u00e7ament.<br \/>3)\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; A les xarxes podem visualitzar diferents v\u00eddeos del jugador eslov\u00e8 movent-se en el post up i fent servir el recurs explicat, el meu preferit \u00e9s un fet a partir d&#8217;un revers, us el detallo.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px;\">1) El jugador avan\u00e7a i posa el peu contrari de la m\u00e0 que bota la pilota a prop de la defensa, ser\u00e0 l&#8217;eix per a portar a cap el revers. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px;\">Per augmentar l&#8217;efectivitat del moviment que es dur\u00e0 a terme es far\u00e0 amb equilibri i flexionant les cames.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px;\">2) Fa un gir de 180\u00b0 d&#8217;esquena, tenint en compte el peu de pivot i usa el tronc per protegir la pilota respecte a la defensa. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Gira el cap com m\u00e9s aviat millor en la direcci\u00f3 on vol anar, ja que hi haur\u00e0 un moment que es perd el contacte visual cap a l&#8217;objectiu.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px;\">3) Deslliga el moviment utilitzant el peu de pivot per retornar a la posici\u00f3 inicial, en el moment on havia iniciat el revers.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px;\">4) Amena\u00e7a amb un engany de tir o llan\u00e7ament.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px;\">5) Mou a la defensa, ja que el fa perdre l&#8217;equilibri amb un salt, per aix\u00f2, l&#8217;atacant creua el peu de pivot (Up&amp;Under) per superar-lo i anotar una safata amb la m\u00e0 llunyana de la defensa.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px;\">6) Per evitar cometre una violaci\u00f3 en el moviment de parar i creuar, el jugador mant\u00e9 el peu de pivot fins a l&#8217;impuls per deixar la pilota amb un tir o una passada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px;\"><strong>Definici\u00f3 revers:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Acci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica d&#8217;un jugador que consisteix a girar sobre ell mateix, per canviar de direcci\u00f3\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-family: 'Open Sans', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 300; padding-bottom: 2px; background-image: url('..\/..\/..\/..\/..\/images\/squiggle_green.png'); background-repeat: repeat-x; background-position: left bottom; cursor: default; text-align: start;\">i\/o<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0superar a la defensa, tot protegint la pilota amb el cos (defensa-atac-pilota).
